Khazra Abomination is a dungeon-exclusive boss, and you can find him in dungeons in Scosglen and The Fractured Peaks.

How to defeat Diablo 4 Khazra Abomination
Khazra Abomination’s main abilities focus on poison attacks, so having poison resistance elixirs could come in handy. To defeat him, you need to step out of his poison pools and the rest is easy.
Khazra’s abilities
Khazra Abomination has 3 abilities, and we will cover each one of them in detail.
Ability 1 – Poison ball: The boss throws a poison ball from his hand, and when it makes contact with the ground, the ball will expand into a poison pool.
Initially in the fight, the boss will only throw one poison ball at a time, but this number will increase as the boss’s health decreases.
Ability 2 – Poison pool: Poison pools are circles that will remain on the ground for a short period of time. Standing on them will deal damage over time and apply a poison status effect. There are two ways that Khazra casts those poison pools on the ground. Either using his poison balls or sticking his hand in the ground.
The poison pools will expand as the fight progresses, and you will have less space to fight the boss.
Ability 3 – Rush: Like Brol, Khazra Abomination will rush into you every once in a while. The difference though is that this boss will not stun you if he manages to hit you. You will simply take some damage, but won’t take any status effect.
Khazra Abomination Rewards
Upon defeating this boss, you will earn a Legendary Aspect depending on which dungeon you defeated him on, and the 20 renown that you get by completing the dungeon for the first time. You are also guaranteed at least one piece of rare gear.
