Diablo 4 Uznu the Annihilator

As you make your way through Caldeum in Act 6, you will encounter a boss called Uznu, the Annihilator. This boss is a Fell demon and is one of the bosses that you will fight as you make your way toward Lilith.

This guide will cover the boss’s location, rotation, and rewards.

Where is Diablo 4 Uznu, the Annihilator located?

Uznu the Annihilator location

Uznu, the Annihilator can be found in the Residential District in Caldeum during a quest called The Scouring of Caldeum. You will encounter this boss as you make your way up the stairs to the roof in order to find an alternative route and meet up with your friends.

The fastest way to get there is by taking the Imperial Library waypoint and heading southwest to get to the Residential District.

How to defeat Uznu, the Annihilator in Diablo 4

To defeat Uznu, being level 40 or above is key as the boss starts at level 40 and anywhere less than that will make this fight a bit challenging. This boss, unlike others, does not have any summoning abilities and only has two main attacks.

Uznu the Annihilator - Meteor Shower
Meteor Shower

Ability 1 – Meteor Shower: The boss will launch a Meteor shower that spreads all across the map. The meteors can be identified by big red circles, and they deal damage on contact.

Uznu the Annihilator - Fire breath

Ability 2 – Fire Breath: The boss will breathe fire every once in a while, leaving a linear trail of fire that deals damage over time and causes burn if you get in touch with it. Up to three fire trails can be left on the map at a time, so it’s best to spread out to avoid stacking all three together and taking damage from all three trails.

Uznu, the Annihilator Rewards

Defeating Uznu the Annihilator in Diablo 4 will reward you with some gold, and at least one rare and one magic item.

In the remainder of Act 6, there will be a couple more boss fights, and it is best to come prepared by reading about other Diablo 4 Boss guides.
